Refund & Return Policy

Avantibuy provides QC (Quality Control) checks for shoes before shipment and strives to offer you a 100% satisfactory shopping experience. Once you confirm the QC and click “Confirm” prior to shipment, it will be deemed that you are satisfied with the shoes. Therefore, after receiving the shoes, we will not accept after-sales service requests if you claim the product has defects or quality issues due to personal subjective reasons.

If you need to apply for a return or refund, please contact our customer service to inform us of the reason for the return and provide relevant videos and photos to obtain the return address.

About Refunds

Avantibuy accepts refunds under the following circumstances:

  1. The package is seized by customs during transportation. (We can either reship a new pair of shoes to you or process a refund.)
  2. The style and size of the received shoes differ from those you selected when placing the order or confirmed via QC.
  3. The received product has serious quality issues (e.g., glue detachment on the shoes, severe thread breakage of the shoes, etc.).

Avantibuy does not accept refunds for the following reasons:

  1. Ordering the wrong shoe style or size due to personal reasons.
  2. Providing an incorrect delivery address when placing the order, resulting in failure to receive the package (we can arrange for reshipment, but no refund will be accepted).
  3. Failing to assist with customs procedures (such as signing for the package) or paying customs duties (e.g., countries like Mexico and Peru may impose customs duties, which require assistance with customs clearance and duty payment).
  4. Failing to sign for the package in a timely manner or refusing to sign for it.
  5. The shipment status shows “Shipped Successfully” or “Shipped”.

Returns and Exchanges for the Following Reasons

  1. Disliking the shoes.
  2. The shoes are ill-fitting due to ordering the wrong size.

We accept returns and exchanges for personal reasons like the above, but certain conditions must be met:

  1. The customer shall bear the return shipping cost. The shipping costs previously incurred by Avantibuy (for the original delivery) will be deducted from the refund.
  2. You must first return the product and ensure there is no wear and tear on it, and that the returned package is not seized by customs during transportation. If we do not receive the returned package, or if the product is damaged when we receive it, we will not be able to process an exchange or return for you.

Kind Reminder

Avantibuy is headquartered in China. Return shipping costs are high and the return process takes a long time. If possible, we recommend avoiding returns or exchanges to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for both parties.
